I broke the bone in my hand controlling the pinky finger. Running this along the broken bone and joint (after being in a cast for 4 weeks) loosened things up and helped it heal straight so I can bend it easily now.Also, the cast used for my broken hand pinched my thumb, so I lost feeling in the tip of my thumb. I thought it would return to normal after getting the cast off, but it didn't. After two weeks I started using this on my thumb and the feeling came back.

My PT recommended this when I broke my wrist to help massage my scar and fingers. I like this one better than the one she had because it has a ball on the end for my scar massage and was smoother on my skin. The one she had has the same roller on the end like the fingers rollers, no ball.

This helps me stretch and massage my fingers and hands, helping me keep them prime for my dental work.

I type all day so my hands get sore. Amazing little product. I bought one for everyone in my family as a Cristina’s Eve silly present and they were a hit! No one wanted to put them down. 🤣

This massager is not made with rubber/silicone or anything soft as described for the rollers. It's hard plastic. What is supposed to be a "steel" massager ball is a plastic marble. The product is extremely painful to use and not like ones I've bought from other sellers that actually work. This hurt my hands more after using it. Other products are actually soft and have a steel ball...buy them. DON'T BUY this piece of cheap, hard plastic that looks and feels like it will fall apart any minute. It's worth zero stars, but 1 is the lowest option.

The dual sided roller is easy to use, however; I don't find its use very effective. The silver ball is the easiest side to use.
