How long any propane heater will last can easily be calculated. 1 gallon of propane has the energy capacity of 91,000 BTUs. A standard 20 lbs. propane tank can hold about 4 gallons of propane. 91000 * 4 = 364,000 BTUs per tank. At max settings, this firepit will use 58,000 BTUs per hour so divide 364,000 by 58,000 and you get just over 6 hours of continuous use just as Airin4 said Turning down the heat will net you a longer run time.

Without measuring it, it is approximately 14inches diameter and about 8inches tall

Q: What is the deference between the 870 premium and the 893 deluxe model's ? There is a $40 price difference.

Hello, Thank you for your question. There are a few differences among the two Fire Bowls, the 893 Deluxe Fire Bowl has a manual ignition and is compatible with the 780 Natural Gas Conversion Kit. The Premium Fire Bowl has a slight alter in appearance with a silver band around the waist of the Fire Bowl and is manufactured with the new piezo auto-igniter and auto gas valve. It also has a different Natural Gas Conversion Kit than the Deluxe, and is compatible with the 785 Natural Gas Conversion Kit. Q: I want to connect this to our RV propane line. Is there an adapter that will screw into the regulator that would allow this?

You would need a new hose with the quick connect on one end and the proper size thread to attach to the fire pit. The regulator that comes with the fire pit would be eliminated and it work work perfectly fine from the rev propane. I have done this with many lp accessories.
