Beware the experation date.
I bought 10 tubes of Japanese mustard and was sent a product that will go bad in a short time.( see pictures)The mustard is very good but I bought that amount thinking that would last awhile.How can you even protect yourself from this kind of thing?

Expires in 2 months.
I didn't need a 10 pack of this product but I haven't been able to find it locally. Sadly, they all expire in ~2 months which is super frustrating.

Can't be substituted.
Some Asian cooking just needs this kind mustard to kick up the flavor without derailing it. They don't sell it locally, so being able to order it online is a real lifesaver.
