When I initially bought this drone I read the manuals and calibrated everything as it says. The initial drone had issues with GPS fly mode. I contacted customer service and got a response immediately. They helped me troubleshoot and then eventually replaced the drone that was not functioning properly. The next one came and it functioned much better.Is this a top of the line cinematic drone?......no, but it is packed with value at the proce point available. Looking forward to taking some awesome photos and videos.

This is a good drone but the h fun app sucks camera image lags so bad

Regret buying this drone! Second time owning a drone so I am familiar and comfortable flying these things. Just want to make that clear to start. First time flying this I noticed when making left turns it was pretty responsive but when trying to go right it took a bit for it to respond and when it did its like it would get out of control so I would try and go left again to correct the flight path and it would be unresponsive and crash at a high speed then I put it up for the day. The second and final time I got to fly it I had the same issue. I tried again for the final time this time just hovering more than anything just bc the controls sucked and we're unpredictable at best and I was afraid to crash it again so when I decided this drone really sucks I hit RTH button to call it quits and the drone shot up in the air about 50 feet made a cpl really quick tight 10ft circles shot up higher to the top of the tree line then made a quick dive bomb straight into the ground. It broke the camera off completely and also broke an arm that doesn't look repairable. I made sure this thing was calibrated before flight each time I flew it and had great signal. I have no idea what caused all this but this thing wanted to die from the jump. Now I'm out $200 and wasted about 15 20mins of my life watching this cheap piece of technology constantly try and end it all...it finally succeeded. I really hope Amazon does the right thing let's me send this thing back and refunds me.

After testing the drone with the remote, the drone behaved as it should. Very stable and took pretty good videos. The telemetry display on the blue digital screen is pretty accurate. The compass heading, altitude and distance display appears to work as advertised. The overall operation via the physical remote and line of sight piloting was good and you can pilot the drone from a very far distance. I have an issue with the phone app to operate the drone. There's a lag in real time display on the phone and loses signal within a very short distance. The draw path feature on the map does not work even after locking to gps. After drawing a path on the map in my location, the drone wanted to fly away into the distance and not follow the path drawn on the map. Luckily I was able to disable that function and brought it back home. I think there's something wrong with the app software and/or map integration. Not very impressed first time drone owner.

En un inicio había calificado con 2 estrellas este producto, y no por que el drone sea mala si no por las condiciones en las que me llego ante esto, el vendedor se comunicó conmigo y me reemplazo un drone totalmente nuevo lo que me da mucha confianza y me hace entender la importancia que le da a sus compradores, hoy no dejo fotos si no un video para que se den cuenta de la calidad de la cámara ya que muchos tienen dudas la cámara en realidad no es 4k pero sin embargo graba espectacular super claro y nítido este video fue tomado en la playa con mucho viento y sin embargo el drone es muy estable, estoy contento con mi compra. El drone realiza todo lo que viene indicado en la publicación el regreso a casa solo es fenomenal.

The first drone tried to auto-land when the battery got low and crashed, breaking the camera. I am not a professional drone pilot but I can control one. Their customer service reached out to me and sent a new drone to replace the crashed one. The phone interface is different and a bit more functional, but it is still hard to understand and follow the instructions and the WiFi connection is sketchy. The drone flies alright but truly needs open sight lines without anything to crash into as it does not have collision avoidance and it yaws a lot during control input. Customer service is really good though.

I must say I’m super happy with this drone. Bought it as a gift for the hubby. Had a slight mishap but spoke to the seller and they made it right as rain. I would definitely recommend this seller and Item.It’s a drone that you can grow with. Picture quality is pretty good too. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
