Camera is not upto the mark. Not upto my expectations pictures are not clear. It is grainy. Vivo v20 pro is 100 times better than this. Phone is getting heated while using it. Other than that everything is fine. I bought this especially for camera and it disappointed me.

As a customer I am totally disappointed due to the product quantity issue. Now my phone has little bent. I found it recently. Due to this I visited your Vivo authorised service center.vivo & iQOO Authorised Service Center2nd Floor, MG Corporate Center, Near Petrol Pump, Kochulloor, Sreekariyam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India - 695011.As from your service team, they replied to me that the bent was occured because I put the phone in my pocket. And the bend is not included in the free service. And also as per their calculation I need to pay Rs 6100/- for the repair (For Display, Frame and battery). My phone is still in working condition and no scratches on my phone body. That was all verified by your customer service team.I refused this payment service for a warranty product. So they are not willing to enter my details into their system. And my question is, as per your service center reply where I need to keep my mobile other than my pants pocket?I repeat as a customer, It's a clear case of your product build quantity issue. Before I used the mobile brands of Asus Zenfone Laser 2, Lenovo K5 Note and Redmi Note 8 Pro which were between Rs 10000 & Rs18000 price range. The same way I used your VIVO V21 5G product. This is my 1st experience because the phone became bent and I lost my money of Rs 27990/-. And if I need to repair it I need to pay Rs 6100 + extra to resolve my phone bent issue. My phone has a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. And I don't need a repaired phone. I need a Because one it's opened manually, if the repair is not perfect again my money will be lost in the future.I am not willing to pay this amount to your service centre because of your poor product build quantity issue. Why do I need to suffer for your fault? Which was the product build quality issue. Still no response from the Vivo team.
