Super effective.
It is effective in smoothing and lightening scars. For deep keloids, it'll take months. Be patient, as I have tried it on my post-surgery keloid.

Magical stuff
I've had surgery over 18 months ago and had so many complications with stitches and skin tearing open, leaving a golf ball size hole in me at the time that they had to fix again. So when I tell you I had nasty terrible scaring, then I had NASTY TERRIBLE scarring. Ive used this for around 16 days so far... 16 days... and there is a reduction of over 50%... If I knew this product existed 18 months ago, I would have bought it.. im glad I did... I used it religiously every single day so far for around 16 days.. and I rub it in gently in circular motions. At this point, I would say I should be scar free in 2-3 more weeks. This stuff is amazing. And I was planning to go do a procedure to fix this mess... so glad I found this. Maderma is Amazing stuff!!!!!

I Wish I Can Give It 10 Stars !
This is a remarkable gel . I have an old scar on my face from a dog bite . I have tried numerous products that have had no effect on the appearance of the old scar . After using this product for only five days , I have noticed a significant difference . I still have a red spot , which is completely acceptable , but the old white line is almost gone . I am curious to see the results after one month of use .It does cause a slight burning sensation and makes the area a bit red , but I believe this is due to the increased blood supply .

Original product - sealed. started to use a little over a week ago for a facial scar. will take tie to work - however it is light and not shiny, so can apply in morning without fear of drawing attention to the scar area (unlike the product i was using initially)
