Hurt my ankle even after multiple adjustments hence had to return it
Normally I don't write bad reviews. However, this product while was a very good value for the money and has the option of adjusting in-between sizes as in my case (10.5). It wasn't a comfortable experience at all. May be the product (left inline skate) that they sent me was bad. the wheels weren't positioned in the middle of the feet since the left frame was slightly bent outwards. Which caused left ankle pain on the inside left ankle within using the product for 5 mins.I tried adjusting the size, laces, strap and the top power strap to ensure the skate was fitting correctly in both the legs. However, had to go through the pain only on the left leg even after multiple adjustments. The skate on the right leg was very comfortable more than my existing K2 inline skates as I could adjust to half a size (10.5)I consider myself an intermediate active inline skater practicing skating for more than 4 years on and off. I currently hold a K2 inline skates for which I need to change the wheels as it got worn out.Additionally, I found there are plastic spacers in the frame connecting the frame to the wheels, which can never give the stability and performance of the metal spacers in the K2 starter inline skates. This company has great potential since they have the concept of size adjustments in adult model and economical product. However, they need to change the quality if the wheel durability and metal spaces and quality control over the inline frame.Would be happy to review a product for them and amend the ratings if they are willing to send a quality product for review.

Very Poorly Made - Do Not Buy
Very disappointed with quality of skate. Just second time my 12 year old daughter laced up the skate, the loop ripped off. I looked at others and they are barely stitched on. The laces secure your feet and are highly important. To be this poorly made is highly disappointing. Do not buy. You will waste your money! I regret this purchase. They are useless now.

Not for beginners
I got these to get back into skating after not skating for over 20 years and let me tell you, these are NOT for beginners/someone who hasn't skated in a while. My ankles felt like they were about to break. I had Bambi ankles in these. They were true to size (I'm a size 8 in women) but no ankle support. I returned them after two days of having them and got the Candi Girl hard boot skates. I haven't received my new skates yet but I am looking forward to it. I loved the colors and they looked new. It just wasn't any ankle support.
