I have had this washing machine for 2 weeks now and cannot fault it sofar, very quiet operation.

Efficient on both water and electricity. Very elegant.Make sure you remove the 3 bolts behind it and level it properly using the adjustable feet. It will operate silently with zero vibration. I even sat a water level on top of it while spinning on 1400rpm and the water bubble didn’t even move. Great stuff.Little annoying sound when it ends but thankfully you can make it silent.

I bought the machine 7 months ago, and it has seen normal use. A week ago, it started leaking water all over the floor when running a load. I had to call Samsung 3 times before a technician was finally sent out, only to tell me that the rubber seal is torn and needs replacing but this is not covered under the warranty as it is an "accessory". Frankly you can't run the machine without a rubber seal around the door so it is not an optional extra. The cost of replacing this was almost 25% the cost of the brand new machine. I won't ever be buying a Samsung appliance again.Edited to add: 15 months later the drum had detached and needs new parts. Repair will cost another 50% of the original price if the machine which is just over a year old. If I could give it negative stars I would.

The washing machine has an EUROPEAN plug, not UAE! To connect you need to cut off the plug which results in the loss of warranty. Do it at your own risk.Otherwise great product, VERY quiet machine.
