Zymox Shampoo, 1-Gallon

Xymox products are a godsend for pet owners who’s pets are prone to bacterial/fungal/yeast related skin issues. Their ear solutions are great as well. These products have literally saved me thousands in veterinary costs and have kept my dogs comfy, clean, and smelling soooo good. Rinses clean without drying, and doesn’t leave behind residuals which can irritate sensitive skin. Super gentle. My current pup was a rescue and had all sorts of issues. Her skin and coat looks fantastic now. Many people comment on how soft her hair is. She went from smelling like a dusty corn chip to super yummy & no more hot spots, scabs, bumps & inflammation. What can I say, I love this stuff. Do your itchy dog a favor and get some!

Absolutely love this shampoo! My Dogue de Bordeaux is basically allergic to everything. I have him on Apoquel once a day and use the Zymox shampoo and rinse as part of his routine. His skin looks and feels amazing! Patches where his hair was missing have grown back! And you can tell he’s just more comfortable. The shampoo creates a nice lather on their coat. Smell is good also. I also recommend the rinse...you can use it in between baths by itself. I’ve tried everything out there for my boy...this has been the best fit yet! I usually bathe him twice a week since we live out in the country. Hope you find this post helpful!

Paid $100 for a gallon of Zymox and you would think that it would be packed better. It leaked in the box and packaging sucked. They even used paper towels and brown paper to pack it. WTF really. This is liquid and expensive. I expect more when paying that much. I only have 2 stars mainly because of packing. Product is great. I’m a dog groomer of 25 plus years and have dogs that I can only use this on them. Combined with the leave on crème rinse it works great. Love the smell

Worth every penny. I was spending roughly $20 on. 12 ounce bottle of medicated shampoo from the vet for my beagle. Nova has a chemical imbalance issue with her skin that causes her to get yeast overgrowth both quickly and often. No amount of diets have helped and oatmeal shampoos make her worse. To make matters worse when she does have a break out if this yeast growth stuff she smells like a stinky foot. (ive taken her to the vet more than once over the matter) The vet shampoo usually takes 2-3 vaths before you see a difference. Nova was in the middle of a fungal takeover when the shampoo arrived and i gave her a bath that day. The bottke said to leave it on for 3-5 minutes and i went ahead and left it on for the full five minutes. Her skin was noticably cleaner and i could tell her skin felt way better because she wasn't itching like crazy for the first time in weeks. This shampoo may very well be what gives my old dog her life back.
