I have had this phone for 2 years exactly and the battery just keeps over heating, this is the second referb I have had and I will never buy another refreshed phone. they just dont last. I have had samsungs from new that have gone on for 5 years. some people might think 2 years is a long time but I certainly dont. I've given 4 stars because it did work but then it stopped backing up and glitches out. Another was purchased for a family member and it's not been great.

came quickly and external quality was good but stopped charging within 3 days of using it . so sent back and finding another supplier

I bought this Samsung Galaxy A52 5G in 'new' condition and it arrived in sealed original packaging so it was good value. The 3.5mm audio jack on this version (SM-A526B/DS) was an important feature for the person I was buying it for. The phone has held up to their regular daily use for 18 months so far (social media, music, video, phone calls, general web browsing, but no gaming). They haven't complained about performance or needed help with any technical faults. The battery on their previous phone died, but this one seems to be lasting (with fast-charging limited to 15W, not the full 25W).

Came without instructions for set up. Extraction pin for SIM card was missing. Rather difficult for 78 year old.

Had always gone the 'contract upgrade' route but now that I've bought this one, I'll be looking for other replacements from the same supplier as it's much cheaper and I don't have to change the contract to use it.

This was bought as a gift and the person loves the phone ..it was in great shape when it arrived and she loves it

It's been a few months of using it outside in the cold, it works so far, the battery is good. The only thing that bothers me it won't stop updating. It had some update from February. I installed it and immediately it wanted to download some March update. Then from April. And so on
