Does this tv mount work on 24"? i am trying to see if this will work on the lg monitor 24ml44b

If the monitor has the correct VESA mount the stand will work.

Could I stand a 49" curved monitor? it weights less than 77 pounds. What is the tallest height?

I'm currently using it for a 48" LG C1 and it works fine. I used a plate adapter and configured said adapter to hold it a little lower though, so I can still rotate it 90°. Depending on your TV's weight distribution & exact dimensions, YMMV.
