Getting creative has helped me stay with it regularly
Bought this product after seeing people make bone broth and hearing how good it is for us. I made some broth myself, and then looked to see if there was any ready made and found this product. I did a little more research on it and decided to buy a container. First impression was that it tasted like a dry bouillon cube crushed. Not a good or a bad taste. I'm not a smoothie person so I needed to find ways to eat/drink it that were palatable. I shared some of the powder with my sibling who has rheumatoid arthritis. I put my container in the cupboard and forgot about it. Several weeks later I saw my sister again and she asked me if I'd been taking it. Nope, I forgot about it. She said it was making a difference with her. She reported that her joints felt better and that her fingernails were growing stronger now. Okay, that got me fired up again. I got home and forgot about it again. Two weeks later she asked me again and this time I got it out and made up a concoction that she uses. It works for me and I am now on the go with it. Mixing in with yogurt is the best method for me and to add a scoop to some soup that I make from time to time. I have discovered some savory yogurt by Fage. They have several kinds. They have plain and with sweeteners and now a new version that is called "crossovers" and some of these are savory instead of sweet. I use a 3 to one method for adding my own sweetener. I take 3 individual containers of yogurt and add 1 container of fig jam. Then I put 1 level scoop of the bone broth in the mixture. Next I add 1/4 cup of ground flax and chia mixture seeds. This is the best way for me. The bone broth powder cuts the sweet of the mixture with jam and makes it a slight bit savory. It is not too strong. You can still taste it but it is in the background. Now it would be easier to get more creative and replace the jam with herbs or some spices of your choice. My sister is lactose intolerant so she uses coconut yogurt. For me, mixing it up in a small batch is easier than doing an individual serving each time. I would recommend this Bone Broth Collagen. I'm not a doctor and I didn't get a discount for buying or reviewing this powder. When I first started to eat yogurt years ago, I had to acquire the taste for it. I can see this being the case for people that have a hard time with it at first. I hope you will try it.

Great product and breakfast or snack filler! I did feel bloated after though
I love this stuff! The taste is wonderful and kinda gives a slightly toasted hot chocolate taste, the quality is amazing, it dissolves quickly and smoothly. It gives me a lot of piece of mind with the how clean the ingredients are, and how easy it is to use. I feel like for the price i can definitely get my moneys worth, and it helps fill me up in the mornings so i don’t have a major crash later! I did find that i felt bloated after and while if i drank it consistently i gained more weight even when i was eating less, not sure if its related but i did notice that consistency!

This stuff is amazing!
I don't write reviews that often, but I had to write one for this product. I read all of the amazing reviews about people's joints not hurting anymore when drinking this. After having 4 kids my joints in my pelvis and lower back hurt when I walk a lot. We went to the zoo for my daughter's birthday and walked around for four hours and my joints weren't hurting at all. I was amazed. That same night I was up really late putting her dollhouse together and had to sit on the floor to do it. Usually I can't last more than ten minutes sitting on the floor before my back and hips start to hurt, but I never got sore! This stuff is incredible. It tastes disgusting if you drink it by itself though. I add a little beef broth, garlic, turmeric, pepper and lemon and it tastes pretty yummy. Glad I didn't stop drinking it after the first day I tried it.

Love the flavor
I really enjoy the flavor. My only complaint is mixing it is a pain but most protein powders are.

Help with Lower back pain
I suffer from back pain due to a disc injury I had a few years ago. I was seeing the chiropractor on a consistent basis and doing strength excercises to help increase my range of motion and flexibility and though it was helping, the pain was always still there. I'm not one to pop pills for pain but will take an ibuprofen or alleve when I can't tolerate the aches anymore. Unfortunately back pain has no solution aside from medication or surgery amd so I started researching all natural solutions for back pain a few months ago and stumbled upon Dr Axes website. Now I eat mostly vegetarian and vegan food, so, the idea of drinking animal protein completely tuned me off. I'm not a fanatic but I wouldn't accept the idea of going back to eating animal protein to resolve my pain. As time went on I couldn't get the thought out of my mind about "what if....". What if it works? What if it helps? What's the worst that will happen? I decided to bite the bullet and try. I figured worst case scenario I'm out $40 and I just start all over again on my vegan diet. After 2 weeks of consistently having my green smoothie mixed with chocolate bone broth my pain has decreased significantly. I'm not doing acrobats and I still have a dull ache but the pain.... That sharp, stabbing, someone is twisting that knife in my lower back, throbbing / shooting pain is minimized. Not gone but minimized. I feel human again. I feel normal again. I can get up from sitting in a chair at work and not feel like the hunchback of Notre Dame. I can vacuum and not be in tears because I've pushed my body too far. I can sleep face down again. Something so silly as sleeping FACE DOWN! I. Am. Amazed. I would recommend that anyone who is experiencing the kind of back pain I had to give this a try. I was seeing the chiropractor 3 times a week at $50 a pop. Don't get me wrong, it was helping but at $150 a week, $600 a month, it was not a long term solution and I had to do something. In the beginning I thought it was more of a placebo effect and stopped taking the smoothie for a few days. On my 2nd day the pain came back! This stuff is amazing and I am now considering increasing my dosage to a cup of bone broth as a mid afternoon snack on top of my daily green smoothie to see if the 2nd dosage helps some more. Nevertheless I am a believer and would recommend this to anyone who is considering it to alleviate pain.

Taste good
It has good flavor, especially in my coffee. It is very hard to dissolve, but once it is, it is very good tasting. I do not know if it helps as I don’t feel anything different but it’s the same with most of these type products.
