You would need a blanket to keep the heat inside. But then it's easy to wash the blanket than the other type of portable sauna which I dont know how to clean after use. If you need more heat, you may need 2 of these to cover the whole body. I have 2, and they work. The good thing is that you can lay down and relax, just put 2 beach towels under, a blanket above, then happy sweating.Update: I bought the TriField Meter. The EMF is at 50mG while it is considered safe at only 3mG. The ELF is also high at 700volt/meter which almost at the limit of safe exposure at 1000volt/meter. I had to pay more than $100 just to buy the Trifield Meter myself since I did. Ot get the answer from the seler. So this is NOT low EMF. This is extremely high EMF.
