We purchased this dresser for our baby's room after purchasing the crib that matched it. We were hoping it would be the same great quality, but we were disappointed when taking it out of the box. On the right side of the dresser there were obvious places where finish was missing, the trim was not lined up or even causing gaps in the side, screws were loose and the threading was worn, the tracks weren't secured on, and there were staples sticking out of the back. For paying this much, we are pretty disappointed. However, it is still a beautiful dressser.

I rarely review products but I must say this is a beautiful dresser. I have the crib as well and it’s just as beautiful. Very sturdy. Great quality. Not much to assemble for the dresser. I’m so happy with this set!

The drawers stick a little and I don’t love the handles but it does it’s job

NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN FROM THIS SELLER. Was not told I’d have to pay for the return, even though the crib had free returns. Tried to cancel the order before it even shipped and wouldn’t let me. Worst service. Color did not match our expectations more grey and looks like a painted cheap finish. Very disappointed all around

Fantastic dresser, beautiful color, easy assembly, great delivery! I decided to get gold hardware from Home Depot instead of the black handles provided and it’s perfection. Also for the matching crib.

The pre-drilled holes were in the wrong location, the felt protection was on the wrong side, and the products arrived slightly damaged. We ordered a baby crib and dresser. The crib had one unlabeled (no lettering) wooden part that had pre-drilled holes that were in the wrong location. After contacting the company (which had the wrong contact information on the pamphlet), they offered no solution to the issue. They advised us to order the crib AGAIN and take a chance on the new one, or use the parts from the new crib and return the old one. When assembling the dresser, we discovered that the protective felt was on the incorrect side (face-up, not down). It seems that their preassembled parts have continuous issues. After multiple delays, it took nearly 30 days for our dresser to arrive. Their customer service is email only! You cannot contact a human within a reasonable amount of time. It took several days for them to contact us. After all of these issues, I could have saved myself valuable time and spared myself the aggravation. Also, the crib drawer on the bottom is quite worthless, as it has small storage space which has the contents exposed from the top. I would not recommend this item or the company.
