Creativeship: An Employee Engagement and Leadership Fable

I read this in one setting on an airplane. It reads like a short story, illustrating the principles the author is trying to convey. It is well done. The section at the back of the book pulls out and summarizes the principles and some actionable items are presented. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to pay attention to the engagement level of the people in their organization. I have since purchased Bob Kelleher's book Employee Engagement for Dummies (like me) and am working through it, looking for ideas for my company.
