On my second bottle of these now. I finished out my prenatals and started these probably at 3 months pp. The flavor is great compared to other gummy vitamins, I’ve noticed a slight difference in using these vs my prenatals but that could also be because I’m 4 months, almost 5 pp now. Great value for your money though. I’ll continue using these until I’m done breastfeeding.

Absolutely love these vitamins! I have tried a couple and my stomach is pretty sensitive and with these, I have not had any issues whatsoever! They also have kind of a fruity taste!

Gummy and tasty easy to swallow

Good flavor, taste like candy. They don’t have an aftertaste either which is good. I tried many postnatal and prenatal vitamins and these are by far the best. I noticed some hair growth, more energy and overall health. However I do eat very nutritious foods and I been taking my ppd medication. I will definitely recommend it.

Overall satisfied with the gummy, the flavor is good but the texture is sticky / chewy compared to your typical gummy.
