I have an issue connecting the PC to the monitor and contacted the tech support. The tech support called me back promptly and helped me find a quick solution.

CPU not bad, accessories kinda cheap
The CPU has very good specs but the monitor, mouse and keyboard leaves a lot to be desired. The keyboad and mouse didn't work out of the box but I just bought new ones because they aren't that expensive. The monitor feels cheaply made and doesn't have an hdmi port even though it says it's 1080p. You will never get 1080p from a VGA adapter. Another huge disappointment was not having built in WIFI. I had to buy a WIFI adapter to use it over WIFI. Overall, I'm not complaining, though. The CPU works great! Fast, responsive, HDMI out, numerous usb ports, among other things. Upgrading the monitor won't be too hard. I've already upgraded the mouse and keyboard, so it's coming together.
