Natural Cane Webbing Rattan Fabric Roll - 50cm Width x 50cm/100cm/200cm - Furniture Repair (50x50)

Our sideboard has 2 glass doors and I was fed up of seeing all the crockery that is piled inside. Instead of changing the sideboard, I decided to staple some chair seat rattan on the inside of the glass doors. When you buy the rattan it arrives rolled up, so you have to soak it in a warm bath for half an hour, to soften it and then you can flatten it out and pop it outside to dry...before starting the project. I am really pleased with the result. I used 2 pieces for this project, which cost roughly £70. May seem expensive, but much cheaper than buying a new piece of furniture.

Quite over priced

Used this to upgrade some chest of draws me and my partner bought from IKEA and we absolutely love it, the item came when it was meant to with no hassle. Can’t find it on here again as I need more but purchased it elsewhere from Yoo Doo Yoo.

this was to be for a chair repaire but due to the very poor standard of material this has not been done
