You can do anything with this.
It’s lovely on a sandwich. I’ve put it on a wrap with cheese and cooked it in a panini press. Absolutely gorgeous. I’ve also chopped it up and put it in a cream sauce poured over pasta, topped with cheese, really tasty.

- It doesn't melt- It breaks but doesn't bend- It doesn't crisp- It's bland and savourless, lacks of any salt- It's not the delicatessen that they're trying to sell it for- Healthy? This has to be proven, there are better alternativesWorst vegan/vegetarian product I've ever found on Amazon in several yearspersonal verdict: Steer away on sight.
