I love this stuff. I found it at a gourmet kitchen shop and loved it but ran out. I searched Amazon and there it was. I bought 2. It's the best on eggs but I use it on everything, chicken, salmon, burgers. Delish.

Love this, use it on many things.

Best used as a standalone condiment on chicken when cooking it. I use some EV Olive Oil with the Mixed-Up Garlic and it comes out delicious. 10-12 mins to a side, skinless side up, then 10-12 mins skin side up, in my air fryer. I am sure other uses are just as good, as long as you don't add salt and make the whole thing too salty.
