Love the product
The product has great user display that is easy to understand. You can easily change the units and psi. It allows for inflation and deflation. I use this to pump up my paddle board to 15psi no problems. It does this relatively quickly (a fraction of the time a hand pump takes). Beware for ur first time, it suddenly becomes loud past like 1psi so it may startle u. It is pretty loud so don’t expect to do any ninja inflations, but its loudness is probably what u are going to get for the price. Having multiple tips is great because I can use it for more than just my paddle board; I use it to pump up pool floats, just make sure to set the psi properly. I don’t use the deflation, but I wouldn’t buy one of these for the deflation function. It seems hand deflating is much faster than the function provided. However, the deflation does work well and doesn’t take too long. I love the size and shape of the pump as well. It fits where it needs to go storage wise and has a handle which is convenient. I definitely recommend this pump. Great bang for buck. This is a great budget pump

This is an excellent pump!
Bought a paddle board and almost sent it back after the first time pumping it up using the included pump. Took forever.Bought this on sale and gave it a try- took like 8 minutes compered to the 47 hours it took with the hand pump.Simply awesome. Not only does it pump the board up, it has a deflate function that deflated the board in about a minute. The only thing that was a pain was all of the adapters. Ok, it comes with a ton of different adapters, which is really good, but they were attached to a sort of plastic string which was also attached to the end of the tube. I would have liked the adapters to be in a bag instead of the string because they kept getting in the way. Not really a big deal and it was good they came with the adapters, but I cut all of them that I didn’t need off and stuck them in a ziploc bag.The cord is quite long and makes for easy attachment to the car.Overall an excellent, very efficient pump.Highly recommend for paddle boards and inflatable kayaks.

Not faster than the hand pump
Edit:I've bumped up my rating one star because the company politely reached out to me regarding this review. I'll emphasize that my remarks are focused on 12v pumps in general and not a specific shortcoming of this brand. I appreciate good customer service and I respect that Lena from OutdoorMaster offered me a refund and sincerely requested my feedback so they can include it in their efforts to produce a better product. I'll be keeping the product and we do continue to use it. As long as you recognize and accept the limits of a 12v pump, this is a good model to purchase.Original:I'm not especially impressed with 12v electric pumps. After reading the reviews on this product and others, we tempered our expectations around how fast it would work. The pump is not a time-saver, but it does save some effort. We have two paddle boards, so we'll hook one up to the electric pump and then manually pump up the second. The manual pump is much faster and we always finish long before the electric one.Another thing to know is that the pump is loud! It starts out quietly, but once the pressure reaches a certain point, the noise kicks in. You won't be everyone's favorite person at a peaceful and serene lake. It will all be over in 15 minutes or so, but be aware of this. Finally, the pump is very nice for deflating. It does that work quietly and quickly and removes practically all the air. It simplifies rolling up your board small and tight. We'll certainly keep the pump for this reason alone.I think these pumps (all brands) are a bit over-priced for the value they provide. I'll be keeping my eye out for an innovative company to produce a better version but, realistically, this may be all I can reasonably expect out of pump powered by 12 volts.

Works as intended, way better than a hand pump.
After receiving our electric pump we spent more time on the water and less time getting our board pumped up on land. Totally worth it to get this pump. Each paddle board took approximately 7-10 minutes to pump up to 15psi, where the hand pump felt like an hour waiting except for the work out. Seriously we were tired like a day out on the water before we even got on the water just from the hand pump. This electric pump turns on like an air mattress pump to quickly get out boards inflated to shape. The it converts to a compressor that is slower but gets the pressure needed. You can set it to automatically turn off and the desired pressure so you can walk away without having to babysit the pump while you get other things ready for the day out on the water. With the ease of using this pump I will surely look at getting on the water much more often. The only struggle that I had was my vehicle ha several 110v outlets and only one 12v cigarette lighter style outlet in the front. Rather than opening the back up to pump up I had to turn my vehicle sideways to air up the boards. Not so much a problem but wanted to share that for those reading this that have modern vehicles with inverted installed from factory.

Great pump!
I'm 57 and DONE manually pumping up stuff! I bought it for the SUP but then tried it on a large raft I was going to sell. This is a game changer. The raft was inflated in like 5 minutes. I'm keeping the raft now since easy to pump up! The pump it pretty quiet on only gets a little louder when getting to higher pressures.
