I was given this book by a colleague after his trip to Oracle Open World this year. I am responsible for the Marketing and Social Media channels for the company Enigen CRM.I had not long been at the company and he thought it would be useful. He was right. It has been brilliant and provides great all round knowledge, case studies, success stories, social media tools and easy to follow strategy's and plans for all business sizes.I love the way its so easy to read and the fact its not just a great book but also a guide.Definitely a great stocking filler :-)
