I 've been a fan for years, but had gotten used to using gel pens at work. But when I had several leak and crack in short order, I was out of patience with cheap plastic pens and pencils.The Parker is comfortable in my hand, durable, writes smoothly, doesn't smear, and is a pleasure to write with.

the pen refill ran out of in a week after i got it . it sucks

This is garbage. Blue ink and it worked for 5 days only. Don't waste your money

I use it on a daily basis and is excellent for that porpouse. A little thin if hold for several minutes but other than that is great. I got another like this when i was through high school anf last me for at lease 3 years.

Parker pens are my absolute favorite. I ordered this one to accompany my stainless steel one, which has black ink. This one, though the red part is plastic, functions exactly as the other. I was worried about the plastic, but it has held up incredibly well.
