Rubbermaid Commercial Products FG9T7200BLA, Service Cart with Two Caddies - Black

I'm not sure what the deal is with the other reviews saying that it is not sturdy or well made. This is probably the MOST sturdy cart you are going to find (unless you go metal, obviously). I own a commercial cleaning business, and I can tell you this cart is much better than all the other ones we have tried. Yes, it's a little more pricey, but unless you drop it off a cliff, this thing will last you forever! The cart moves will, holds a ton of supplies and is tough. Doesn't get much better than that. 10/10...would HIGHLY recommend!

The tires are not turning properly, kind of getting stuck. it's so poorly made that while carrying things, all parts move and looks like falling apart. It's not worth the price. I contacted the seller to return it and they replied "we will be happy to send you a return label, however you have to call customer care, when I did call, she said they wouldn't return and you must call Rubbermaid" Never buy this item. you will be disappointed and then get stuck with such a poor customer service!

I bought this for my home and store it in the garage. Really love having all my cleaning supplies in one location! Assembly was complicated by rather ambiguous directions (for multiple models) and requires some muscle! The top doesn't always stay firmly connected. Too wide to go through some residential doors, but would be great in a small commercial application. I don't use the provided trash bag, just attach a kitchen or large trash bag. Wish the middle tray were deeper.

Its not that there was anything wrong with the cart, but it was not well packaged and was falling out of the box when delivered. I am not sure it any of the parts were missing, but I returned it. I will reorder.
