Interesting but not tasty
This herb has a pleasant mild earthy green taste. It is somewhat bitter by itself which might appeal to fans of broccoli rabe. It is a traditional herb used in a variety of societies since the middle ages. From what I have researched, it has been used for eye, skin and bowel care. Apparently the different groups can't quite agree on what it is good for. It apparently has not been widely studied. High doses are supposed to be bad. I have tried it with no ill effects but can't really recommend it. The herb might be an acquired taste.
