The color is true red, worked out great for the project that I needed it for.

Works very well, with a little extra fiddling. Exceeded expectations.
Blood is a bit bright, but can be painted with darker gloss (black) paint to great effect. Worked perfectly, because you can build the color up from bright to dark, just like the real thing. I also found that it's easier to melt the glue with a lighter and paint it on, rather than using the gun. Made an incredibly realistic corpse that will stay shiny and wet-looking forever. Great product.
