This product is build quite well with strong tubes and heads. I am a bit concerned that the cleaning head on the tube cleaner may be slightly oversized as it gets tight when making any turn. I do believe it cleans the tube better than any I have used in the past and hope this does not damage the tube over time - used twice so far. Was delivered in a timely manner.

The length was perfect. The little soft brushes on the ends of both the long and short brushes were just what I was looking for. It finishes off the wire end so that the sharp wire end is not exposed to the inner tubing surface as the wire and brush is extended through the tubing in a cleaning motion. The wire coating, brushes, and handles are also premium quality. What I thought could be improved was the diameter of the brushes. Just a slight reduction in diameter could allow the long brush to be extended through the tubing without binding as it passes about 3/4 on toward the end. And forget reversing direction before extending all the way through. The stiffer part of the long brush acts like a barb until the bristles extend out and they can be pulled through in the opposite direction. It's a small issue that may resolve as the brush wears a little. Even so, this brush will clean your tubing well. Just don't get to forceful in either direction or you could damage the tubing. THIS IS THE NICEST BRUSH SET I FOUND AND WORTH EVERY PENNY! It'd give it a 9 out of 10. Make the brush slide easier and it'd get a perfect 10 from me.

A great product to keep my tube for my CPAP/APAP machine clean.

This is the second or third time I've purchased this item. It is durable and last a long time which is one of the reasons I purchase it again and again. I love the mop like tips at the end of both brushes also the loops at the other end of the brushes it makes it easy to manipulate the brush pulling it in or out of the CPAP tubes. I do wish they would make the smaller brush longer so that I can reach into my head gear tubing. Other than that I am very satisfied with this product.

I Loved this due to the soft end and quality, but I agree it's rather tight fitting and also unattached inside the tube. I used an outside hose to flush it out. I Love the small brush to clean my mouthpiece and other small parts out. If this fit slightly better would have been great.

I had been looking for something to clean the CPAP hoses. i looked at machines, but they were pricy and none of them were FDA approved (that I could find), plus they were pricey. I decided to give this a shot and am glad I did! I run water thru the hose, get the scrubbing end soapy and run it thru several times. I feel like they are very clean and the ease of using it, plus how quickly I can accomplish it is great. Sturdy and well worth the small price.
