Dropped my phone at work smashed the screen. Was able to buy a replacement phone, same make and model for $100 less than what it would have cost to just replace the screen. I Received the phone in a couple day.

Got an unlocked S20 FE.It is in a perfect condition, just like brand new( though I ordered a fair condition one).

Cellular does NOT work and WiFi barely has any range. screen is NOT OEM screen and is lower resolution then it should be. power button is damaged. sim tray is damaged. finger print reader does NOT work. these are just the problems i could find before i gave up. i will be returning it as it works worse then my broken phone this one was suppose to replace. DO NOT BUY THIS REFURBISHED PHONE

So far,so good.No foreseeable problems.Phone is great.Would recommend to anyone seeking a viable option to damaged or malfunctioning phone.Great value for the money !

Everything seems to be working

I had ordered this phone in Feb, the information said EXCELLENT used condition. When the phone arrived not even 10 minutes after booting up and using, the device glitched and the screen went crazy multiple displays inverted colors as well as snow screen on the bottom half. I emailed customer service cool got a replacement with no need to send in the old device since it wasn't working. New device ALSO EUC, same screen problem, the first phone was purchased a little over a month ago. The second one isn't even a month old and its already totally fried, the charger doesn't work so if you need to make a call while its charging you're SOL, because the glitch is so awful on charge it taps things when you aren't even touching the phone. Never mind consistently being put on hold because the screen is glitchy and apparently registers your face as a touch every single phone call even with the sensor enabled and all the touch sensitivity set right. If I could give Zero stars I would, customer service was awesome but whoever is in charge of quality control dropped the ball twice. I will never order another refurbished device from Amazon again, I trusted because I've bought a device from here before and it lasted 2 years before it was totaled. I'd post a picture, buuut the phone isn't useable soooo...
