Q: will these work good on wood. I have a kid project where they will be painting wooden eggs.

These will work on wood but contain xylene and are not recommended for children to use. I would recommend a water based marker like Molotow one4all

Q: What permanent marker can be used to draw a mural on exterior stucco siding?

The Uchida Oil Based Paint Markers will perform well on a stucco wall, though it would be a good idea to apply an exterior varnish after the mural has been completed. The stucco surface, depending on how rough it is, can be hard on the marker tip, causing dullness or fraying, potentially rather quickly. Acrylic Paint Markers would also be a good choice, though the wall surface will be hard on any marker tip, which would be the point of greatest concern for a project such as this.

Q: How does the paint come off your skin?

Automotive hand cleaner. Worst case use mineral spirits or nail polish remover. The latter items are harsh to skin.

Q: Will these show as opaque on a black surface?

Yes on most non porous surfaces
