For the app, do you upload the test strip using manual or auto mode? I’m receiving way different results depending on how I take the picture.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Either option is fine, LH fluctuates throughout a given day so it is normal to get different readings each time; no worries. Just make sure to follow the general rules when testing. Follow the general rules of testing to eliminate any confusion. Start testing LH the day after your period. Test once a day or every other day if two consecutive results are very similar, between 10 am and 8 pm. Take a picture of your test at the 5 minutes read time and upload it to the app. The app will read tests to be 'low, high or peak'. Keep testing till you locate the PEAK. Normally, the excess dye will clear out of the test window within 10 minutes if it's properly performed. This situation may happen if the urine spills to the result window or the urine sample past the black max line. To avoid this issue, please follow the tips below: 1. Collect the urine with a clean cup, and then dip the strip vertically into the urine sample. 2. Dip the white absorbent tip into urine up to the MAX line but not past the line for about 10 seconds. Wait until the dye starts to climb to the result window. 3. Keep the other part of the strip than the white absorbent tip away from urine. 4. Place the test strip on a dry, non-absorbent surface.
