It stays on
Easy to put on and take off. But the big dog hasn’t gotten it off himself. And he does try. He has a sore eye which he wants to rub but can’t with this on. It’s a little small for his neck but the thick and strong Velcro makes it easy to adjust.

I would buy this again.
I didn’t have a lot of expectations when I ordered this. My dog needed a cone and I needed something that was cheap, shipped in a day, and would work well enough until I could take him somewhere and fit him properly.I don’t need to. This collar works very well. My pup is currently the saddest boy, but he’s not licking the hot spot on his hind end and that’s what I care about. It came rolled very tight, so if you can I would fix it inside out and let it sit for a few hours, but with multiple days of use it it’s relaxed and doesn’t collapse in on itself as much. I was worried because there didn’t seem to be any holes in it that would allow me to attach it to his collar as we’ve had with previous e collars. It doesn’t need any. When the collar is fitted correctly he can’t pull it off. It’s just soft enough that it collapses in on it self when he tries to get it between his front paws and push it off.The plastic used is heavy duty. He’s scratched the cone and rammed it into all kinds of things and it bounced back. The Velcro is heavy duty. His long fur tends to be murder on Velcro but even after several days of use it’s holding strong. If you have a long bodied or long snouted dog (mine is a basset/pointer mix) I recommend sizing up because of length. If I don’t get the collar just right he can wiggle it around a tiny bit and still manage to lick the spot on his butt.

Great cone for allergies
I have. A few different soft cones for my girl as she has seasonal allergies. She’s recently lost some weight and is now slim and long enough to get around her old cones. So far this one has prevented her being able to reach her hot spots till they heal. Only downside is her neck is 10 inches exactly (12lb chihuahua) l so i got a small. Only usable one is the largest one that came with it. Others are veryyy tiny and kinda feel like a waste. I would recommend sizing up then you can maybe make the larger ones a little more snug since they are Velcro.

Poor Quality, Inaccurate Sizing, Served Its Purpose
I don’t like this cone, but it wasn’t my first pick either and I needed one ASAP for my pup. It had the soonest arrival time, but the sizing is off. I got the XL because, first of all, I didn’t need three cones for one dog but I also read people complaining that the cones were too short and the XL was deeper. I get the benefit of getting three and being able to size up or down, but you’re also paying more to get those three instead of one. I measured my dog and he was in the lower range for the XL, but still well within it. Luckily he has a big head because this would have fallen off a million times if he didn’t and it ended up sitting down closer to his chest (a couple inches below his collar) because his neck (the part I measured and confirmed this should fit before ordering) was way too small for it.Aside from that, it’s also WAY too deep. I measured from his collar to the edge of his chin before ordering (I needed one that would cover his full head because his injury was on his chin) and confirmed this size should be the perfect depth. Surprise, it wasn’t. The poor boy was swamped in this thing and ran into every door frame and table leg. I was worried he wouldn’t be able to eat or drink with it on, but he figured it out.Additionally, this cone is made of generic, foggy plastic so they can’t see through it at all and have no peripheral vision (part of why he ran into anything and everything with it on). Every time he hit something there was a new blemish on the plastic so it was clearly not going to last much longer than the two weeks we needed it for (ideally I’d like to keep a cone on hand for the future, but I won’t be keeping this one). ALSO (and this is a BIG issue for me because it could be potentially dangerous), the design is awful because the cone overlaps itself if you need to have it on a tighter setting and leaves a flap of plastic that is not secured down inside the cone. When my dog was crated with this on (near the end of his two weeks) he was able to chew that flap and the plastic broke down into pieces super easily. Luckily he didn’t swallow any, but some of those pieces were pretty sharp so if he had we could have been making an emergency vet visit. We ended up cutting the two week period short by a couple days because of this.So overall, ya it did its job. He could wear it all day, it covered his chin so he couldn’t get to it, he healed up nicely, but I was itching to take it off of him as soon as possible because it was obnoxiously oversized, potentially dangerous, and falling apart. Their measurements are WAY off and their quality is subpar.

Better than the cone from the vet
Our 8-year-old golden retriever had a procedure on his eye to heal an ulcer on his cornea. The vet gave us a cone that was very hard plastic with sharp edges and no room for adjustment. Our dog was clearly miserable and it was at least partly due to the cone. (Second photo with clear cone.)I wanted to find a cone that was firm enough that it wouldn’t fall onto his face or allow him to rub his face on the cone itself, but adjustable and flexible enough that he could lay comfortably. This one was perfect! Our dog is a 100lbs golden retriever so I bought him the X-Large and it fits perfectly. It’s long enough (goes an inch or so past his nose) and, if necessary, we can loosen or tighten the cone with the wide velcro strip. The cone also has a fabric cover on all of the edges so it’s not poking/scratching his neck (or my walls). And it’s flexible enough that he can lay down and sleep comfortably. (First photo with opaque cone.)

Not long / wide enough
The Velcro is wide and so far my dog has not gotten it off. But he has a long nose and can reach past the end to lick at a wound on his hip. So depending on the kind of dog and where the wound is….. I tried the large. It fit around the neck nicely and was good for his neck wounds (he can’t scratch or rub on ground) . But not long enough for his hip wound. So then I got the extra large. This one will fit around neck but not as much Velcro to secure it. (Because it is too big). But as well could be I bit longer/ wider. I have a lab

Best so far.
I've bred dogs since 1988. I've used lots of elizabethan collars. One problem with cone collar is that they keeps loosening and getting destroyed. This product is the best out there. Easy to use and easy to take off. I recommend this product. It's efficiency supercedes average by a wide margin.

Good product, but sizing is off
Product is good, but sizing is off. I have a medium size dog (40 lbs) and luckily the L fits but it's almost too small. I think sizing should say: XXS, XS, S instead of S, M, L.

Absolutely horrible.
First, this was not a 3 piece set. It was one. False advertising.Second, this was not secure. The velcro was horrible. Didn't stay in place.Third, the one size that was shipped, was far too small.Fourth, not inflatable. Not that I was looking for an inflatable; I wanteda dog cone.Don't waste your money. Frankly, if the product title has more than 5 words in it, it's a cheap over seas made product. Don't waste your time; Just go to Walmart or Pet Smart and buy one in person. At least then, you'll know what you're getting.
