I’ve just claimed my back garden back from the dog as he had it wrecked. We have just had it all done nice so I’ve bought all nice new furniture to go in the nice new garden. When it all came and we went to build it up one of the boxes was the wrong colour to be fair on the seller the box did say black and white but the stuff inside was grey. I mailed the seller and they were fantastic they couldn’t have apologised enough they offered me a small discount for my inconvenience and sent a replacement box right out. I’ve had great communication from them. Whenever I’ve e-mailed I’ve had an answer with in 24 hours I would highly recommend them and I would definitely buy from them again. The patio set is so lovely it looks amazing and the chairs are really comfortable to sit in it’s just what I’ve always wanted and it’s brilliant the way it all fits away nice and neat. Can’t wait to start having the whole family round for BBQ / summer garden party’s

Wow this is a fantastic set for the price it was easy for my husband to put together he found no problems at all all the screws fitted perfectly and everything aligned in the right places,I can definitely recommend this set for the quality and the price

Overall the quality is good with the chairs but the table isn’t as good although still ok. The material of the cushions feels ok but don’t hold there shape very long. The tools that were supplied were awful but you kind of expect that nowadays. The bolts them selves was terrible and kept rounding off. Everything packs and tucks away nicely and looks good. All that being said I would buy again.

So we got the first 3 boxes one day and the 4th box the day after. Seems reading reviews a lot of people have the same problem. It took a few hours to put together. Solid comfy chairs sturdy table. Extra screws provided. It looks really nice in the garden, can’t wait to start using it. One tip I would say when it’s delivered it’s 4 boxes you should receive. I would recommend buying this especially for the money.

I will now give it the 5🌟 it deserves. Yes, there were problems but they were sorted out in a couple of weeks.I'm not sure what is wrong with the table pieces, I either have 3 of the same but with extra holes or the correct pieces without some holes... whichever it is, it doesn't work. One of the chairs is also missing a hole.I emailed the company as soon as I found out and although it was a very quick response asking for photo evidence and saying they will speak to their manufacturers and haven't heard anything since.As many reviews say, many holes don't quite line up but with a little wiggling and jiggling, I managed to get it to work.For the price, providing I got the issues fixed, it's a brilliant item. When you pay less than half the price of others, you generally expect a few problems but hopefully they will pull through in the end.As soon as I receive a solution to the problem parts, I will change this to a 5 star review because even though bits are wrong, the product overall is great!

Easy to assemble. Good quality. Easy to put away looks good and is comfortable to sit on. Would definitely recommend this garden furniture for large family gathering

Lovely set my only issue was I didn't put it together at the time and 4 months after when I did I was given a wrong part and can't use one chair I'm annoyed with myself

Great product, looks great, easy to put together but I would recommend that you use the instructions and look at the pictures that are supplied on the Amazon page for this product. The downside, one box came and the rest followed 5 days later. On the order page on Amazon it said it was all delivered which is worrying. I would suggest that Amazon, Hermes and the supplier of the product have a chat to each other and give the customer a clearer picture if there are multiple packages to be delivered and when they will be delivered. Even a partly delivered message would do the job.
