Easy to use. And makes the floor nice and clean

It’s not worth the price,a normal mop,not very strong

It worked amazing for a few months but stopped working and then there was no warranty or a way to contact the company.

The bottom csp to hold the cloth in place keeps falling off and the steam isn’t powerful Enough to remove light dirt of ceramic floor tiles without having to go over the same spot again and again. Also leaves water mark streaks that show on glossy floor tiles
