Pain in the btt to get it inside

LG is a horrible company with no cs
Horrible refrigerator- we’ve had it since March 2022 and it’s suffered multiple ice maker failures. Now the cooling fan is broken and the entire thing is not working correctly. We’ve called LG experienced horrible communications, no follow through on promised open trouble tickets, the service company they use doesn’t send an updates about the repairs. Stay away from LG, they are too big to produce quality products and too stingy to make things right when they fail. Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with.

Not reliable
Please, for the love of your sanity, do NOT buy any LG refrigerator product. It will break. They will not fix it. They will not replace it. They will give you a refund...after months of escalations to supervisors, after multiple back and forths with texts and sending pictures...then you get a depreciated monetary value of your frig. In conclusion...don't ever buy an LG product, ever.
