This is the one to try if you wish to try any. This is by far the best quality you can get. I am not a paid reviewer, I'm not writing this for anyone other than myself wanting to spread the word; and I never leave reviews! I have a few conditions that make energy and focus hard, among other things, mostly to do with Hashimoto’s disease and medicine (not related to the Moto's) side effects. I've tried all you can imagine in this space, and have determined, at least for me, Lion's Mane is the most effective for energy, clarity, stress reduction, etc., and that this brand is the only brand worth buying.There are many health benefits to mushrooms, many, many, but the difference with Lions mane and this brand particularally is it isn't taking a supplement and being unable to know if it's working -- no, you immediately feel more alert and like the brain fogs lifted. That is RARE in any supplement. This brand can be pricey, so I've tried so many others trying to find a more affordable alternative and not a single one could I notice it made me feel more awake so clearly. I don't know why this is, but if I had to guess, there are probably a lot of cheap companies out there with poor quality control, or even one's that aren't accurately measuring the amount, or possibly even using unlisted filler or faking it altogether. As we all know, this is a risk you take if you opt for a cheaper overseas brand for any product on this website. After not finding a single alternative that remotely worked for me, I've decided it's worth the cost not just because of the effect and benefits I get from it, but even more so because I feel like I can trust what I'm getting from Mary Ruth's is of good, consistent quality. If you are considering lions mane for any reason, or if you tried a different brand and thought lions mane was a false flag, I highly recommend picking up a bottle of this to try. Getting my daughter to take medicine can be a challenge, but she has no issues with the taste of this one, which makes the process so much easier.The most incredible part is the changes I’ve noticed since she started taking it. I love this take it daily. It makes me feel more motivated. I take it every single morning. This stuff is amazing. I highly recommend it.

I was taking this in a powder form that was difficult to mix into a beverage hot or cold even with a small frother, mixer. The powder would immediately sink to the bottom. This I can take alone right off the dropper and it is delicious. Or in my tea or coffee, with a quick little stir. I take it for my brain. I was noticing some forgetfulness and the inability to recall names of people or things. I’m amazed at how much this has helped me. I feel like my brain is firing on all cylinders again. I’m also pleased that the price of this product is very competitive compared to the unmixable powder stuff I was using. I often wondered how much of my powdered dose clung to the bottom of my cup. Especially in cold beverages. No worries now. Enjoy!
