Bought this for my wife. She says that it provides a very small amount of relief from the pain, but not as much as she had hoped for. This may be because of the problem that my wife has with her arm and not necessarily a problem with the item itself.

It is easy to fit, fits well and easily adjusted. Gives required support when lifting. I have a ruptured bicep that cannot be fixed so this was a good buy

Tendonitis can take a long time to heal and I'm sure this has helped me over the last 5 days. It's easy to put on, take off and adjust and is comfortable to wear. In comparison to similar support products for other parts of of the body are available at a quarter to a third of the price I'm, not sure the £21 price tag is warranted but i suppose that's down to this particular design not being readily available at the moment. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

The arm cuff can be as tight or loose as you require it to be with the adjustable velcro straps. I have found the warmth it gives most beneficial to my, always, cold upper arms. The support also is very beneficial for arms suffering from s.i.r.v.a (shoulder injury related to vaccine administration) which has become quite common since the covid vaccinations started.
