Q: Can you still use two small wrenches to loosen the chuck?

No, You can only use one wrench to add or remove the implements. I own the "Two Wrench" type of Ingersol Rand Die Grinder and the one wrench design is a VAST improvement. I have used my 5102MAX extensively and it is the best die grinder that I own. The speed control is the best and the device is more powerful than my other Ingersol Rand die grinder. My "old" die grinder is 20+ years old and this one looks even better. The old one is still going strong!

Are you talking about the 2' long rubber exaust tube that you can clip at the end of the tool ?

1/4" shank size. Also comes with a 6mm collet to satisfy the metric crowd.

Q: Does this come with the shank for attachments like different grinding discs or do I have to get that separately

You have to buy things like sanding disc holders and mandrels separately. The tool comes with a chuck to hold these. Be careful when ordering mandrels for sanding barrels. I got some that had left-hand threads (no mention of this in the description), and the barrel would spin right off when I tried to use it.
