Life's been a bit tumultuous lately, so I've been looking for things to help uplift my mood & remind me to stay optimistic. This has been a definite help. The quotes throughout the booklet tend to be designed around growth/change, achieving your dreams, and general happiness. Mixed in the quotes are affirmations ("I am growing and growth looks good on me.") and challenges ("Go on a walk somewhere you've never been.") designed to help you be more positive about yourself and/or do something that may bring some joy to your life. It's easy to say no to them, but sometimes reading them to yourself is all you really need to feel good. I like that every page has a different design, so you don't get bored with the same pattern every day. Digging the gold-ish rings too. I also love that they're dated without the year - I'm totally reusing it for next year.

I'm one who sometimes gets those winter blues. Having this to look at every morning is great and it's part of my morning routine. I love being able to read it then, share it with my family, as there are great inspirational quotes in there, as well as some great ideas to help out in your community. This would be a great gift for your adult children or anyone who enjoys inspirational quotes and affirmations. It fits perfectly on my dresser on the corner, its not bulky so that's a plus.

The cover message "She believed she could so she did" made me think this was a calendar of daily female empowerment quotes when it is actually full of religious messages. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Great perpetual calendar that's colourful with beautiful artwork and lovely affirmations. Calendar is sturdy and product is of great quality. Would buy again.

It's a nice,cute planner with some good quotes but I feel like it's abit overpriced
