Effective and easy absorption
I put a shot of this in a glass of water and it has worked well in helping with fatigue and low vitamin issues. I suggest taking with food though. If you like citrus, the taste is fine. Just odered another bottle.

Well this is the second time I have TRIED to review this product in detail, the first review Amazon "censored" and removed in typical Globalist, anti-American style! But I digress, Vital Earth is a great product that I highly recommend! I wish I could elaborate and tell the details of how Vital Earth has helped me, but I want to see if this review stays up first!
