If you want to write a book about fasting and spirituality that’s fine, but make it clear. I just wanted the science of dry fasting and I ended up in mass, this sucked.

The amount of grammatical errors made this book super frustrating to read.

I was not expecting much from this book as I have already read lots of books regarding the subject of dry fast, but I was wrong!, the book is small but full of amazing information regarding dry fast, how to prepare for dry fasting in a very simple explanation and a very simple explanation of how to end the fast, what I love as it simplify things, but the best about this book is the spiritual side of dry fasting it did really touched my heart, all the information from the bible, how to heal your body your life and your soul, I am so happy I found this book, is a remedy for good health but also a remedy for creating the life that you want, buy the book you won’t te great it.
