These are great and actually got me somewhat regular with taking my Vitamin C. I also ended up ordering a bottle for my friend with toddler twins hoping that they might enjoy them, and I've learned that they are a big hit with the kids. Two gummies are 250mg, so one gummy is 125mg. I like that it allows me to dose my vit C in lower doses across my day.

I like the texture and the taste, but they're so coated in sugar crystals I wonder how good these are for me. Does the sugar negate the effect of the Vitamin C?

These are my new favorite vitamin C gummies! They are half the price of Mother Ruths and have the same amount of vitamin C and awesome ingredients that are all natural. I happen to like the sugary coating on. them and it makes them taste kind of like candy, some people might not like that. I also am someone who loves sour stuff and the chewable vitamin C tablets as well. We use these for daily vitamin C and then when we are sick or during flu season we also take a powdered buffered vitamin C since these gummies have a lower does per piece, but we like that we can also give them to our toddler.
