Does what its supposed to do but the film is thick, slightly thicker than i imagined it would be and doesn't like bends and contours such as car door jambes. I would say its more suited to flatter surfaces like sills avoiding wrapping it over which i wanted to do, it will do it but forms some ripple effect that spoils the more professional kind of result that i was after . Being that it is a thick film and particularly strong on adhesive its not easy to shape or cut accurately, then comes handling it so you don't leave your finger prints showing underneath when you've applied it to the surface.I feel i ought to have ensured the thickness was more suitable for the jobs on the car and while i've managed a relatively ok result its not quite to the standard i was hoping for.Just one point i would like to make, as with window films you get a backing film which stays on during measuring, cutting and handling and is finally removed as its positioned and smoothed down to the surface, i think that would be an improvement, certainly more user friendly and would probably end up with a better result.

Absolute rubbish. Don't waste your money. Another bad product with misleading ratings. Patchy adhesion, peels away in no time, hard to remove. Buy a reputable brand like 3M.

I’ve added a photo to show how bad it is on curved surfaces without proper trimming…You know what, if the surface you want to protect is flat and regularly shaped (rectangular stuff), then this is your go get to.The secret is in proper surface preparation - clean it, wipe with meths and plan ahead without lifting too much off your fingertip grease.If you think you can apply it on something curved and over an edge of that shape, your in trouble, because you will get bubbles or the outside will have a curly edge just like a snail leg’s sucker :)Oh, it’s not stretchy like vinyl, it won’t allow any manipulation as it will get distorted (it’s how you get bubbly edges), and the heat will not make the application seamless. It will not fold over the edges and if precisely cut to size of the edge, it will gather the dirt if applied to a part exposed to elements: like my motorcycle’s painted mudguard. I’d still apply it during the winter or long trips if I didn’t care about the aesthetics, just to protect stuff from stone chips and scratches.As long as you’re aware of its limitations, it has some great applications - protecting contact areas of your car or a motorcycle, protecting flat surfaces of stuff, keeping your cat’s claws alway from the door edges and window frames etc.

Sticks like glue, great for the sills to stop dog scratching when climbing in car.

Dem Produkt Video entsprechend wird nach dem Kleben eine Schutzfolie abgezogen die ist aber in Wirklichkeit nicht vorhanden.

The film is thick and strong but is difficult to apply if you need small pieces as it glues to scissors when you cut, I did not manage to cut it nicely. the film is not stretchable so applying to curved surfaces is an issue.

vale, ya he sacado mis conclusiones al ponerlo...Pros_Pega muy bien, protege mucho ( parece gel) y no deja residuos.Contras- se hacen burbujas, el protector ultrabrillante exterior no se puede quitar, y el vinilo se arruga con una facilidad increíble.Si es para el coche en una superficie no delicada o no a la vista, está bien. Pero para los tramos superiores y con ángulos raros de la bicicleta, merece la pena uno más fino y para bicis. Para la parte baja bien :)
