Worth paying the extra for this stuff. The added vitamins definitely help with energy and absorption of creatine.Creatine is creatine but I like the additions in this one. Quality product.

Very easy to swallow and good value

There flavourless so there's no worry about them tasting horrible & there fairly easy to swallow for me but I know some people who do have problems trying to swallow them. they work well for me but some people don't get much benifits from Creatine & some people get really good benifits, they have increased my strength & I get a really good pump when weight training & I gained 10lbs after 5 weeks which could be mostly water but I like it because they give your muscles a full look without having to take steroids.

These tablets are really difficult to swallow because they are too big. See attached picture. The problem of swallowing 3 or 4 tablets on a row is that your throat gets irritated after you try to swallow them unsuccessfully several times. I would not recommend this product to anyone who has problems swallowing pills.On the other hand the creatine makes a difference in the gym, I’ve been taking a smaller dose that it says in the package, 3 pills at the morning and 3 after the work out and I already noticed the difference.

Used to assist with weight training in the gym. Definitely gave me more energy and saw results and improvement to muscle shape quite quickly.Need to drink more when using them but not a big problem.Easy to swallow and quick delivery so definitely will use again
