The case is very sturdy, and comes with a built-in light. The light is very small, although it's just enough to make your jewelry shine in the box!

For a special effects on a great friend’s birthday, I put a necklace in this thinking when she opens at the dinner table (most likely dimmed), the light effect will give a flare to the presentation.She noticed the light and liked the necklace but these are what I wish this box improves:1) Instead of plastic, make it in velvet material (at least, or wood but this could be more pricey),2) Higher power on the light. It lits but definitely not strong enough unless it’s pitch darkThe idea is wonderful, really enhancing (any) jewelry that goes in here but this model is okay, the material and weakness of the light actually takes away from being a better option than the velvet kind.
