This stuff is absolutely amazing for preventing blisters on my toes! i have a few spots that ALWAYS get blisters, and this stuff is amazing at preventing them. I've used it for multiple marathon (or near-marathon) distances, 50+ mile ultramarathons, and no blisters! I do tend to re-apply on longer runs (after 4-6 hours of running) depending on the conditions. It is a little messy/sticky when applying it - but it stays in my socks and doesn't mess the socks up or anything. Again, can't say how much i love this stuff!!

The best anti chafing ointment you can buy. I spent two weeks straight hiking to a range back and forth everyday and this saved me. The first week I had bad blisters, a friend recommend this and it worked wonders the second week. I use this stuff anytime I plan to hike for a long distance or even on my nipples so those don’t chafe. I will 100% recommend this to anyone who chafes or gets blisters, it’s worth the cost.

Love the product but is it supposed to be so hard to squeeze out I busted the top seam?

This product is amazing for my son's eczema. Knocks out flare ups better than Rx steroid cream. Has been a lifesaver.

Had a pretty gnarly 10 day trip back in September applied this several times. Feet still wound up pretty tore up after a few days. Seemed to be similar results to my trip the year before when I didn’t apply this. Probably helps I just didn’t see that result.

Yes it's expensive, but it works wonderfully. Just did a 35k run with 1800m vert and absolutely zero issues, could still feel it there 6+hrs later when i got in the shower. Now i know why all the ultra runners and army guys rave about it. Looking forward to use this for an 80k event in a month.
