I’m genuinely impressed with KiZE Energy Bars. These are so good — real, simple ingredients that I feel good about eating. No weird artificial stuff, no hidden junk, just clean energy that actually sustains me between workouts, during hikes, and on long work days. The taste is delicious without being overly sweet, and the texture is satisfying (not chalky or gritty like some other “healthy” bars). Best of all, I get steady energy without the crash you often get from sugary snacks. If you’re looking for an energy bar that tastes great and gives you fuel you can feel good about, these are worth every penny. Will definitely be buying again!

These are really tasty protein bars. They also have very few ingredients.

So many protein bars have ingredients you can't even pronounce and are super high in calories not to mention they really don't taste very good. Kize, on the other hand, has only a few ingredients, nothing artificial and taste delish. My personal favs are the Peanut Butter Honey and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. They're great for a quick snack when you're headed out the door or just to tide you over until dinner. And, at 200 or so calories, they don't break the calorie bank.

These bars are so good! They're so easy to eat and the flavor is amazing! They're surprisingly filling as well. I love every flavor.

We love Kize bars! I ordered these for my wife who is GF because of Celiac, and the bars are delicious! Only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is because one of the flavors we tried has coconut oil and I didn’t realize it, since none of the others have that. My wife is allergic and I was upset that she couldn’t eat that particular flavor. Otherwise this is a solid product that we’d love to see in more stores!
