You get one cloud. But I think it’s well worth the price.

How many clouds can you make out of one order?

Depends on your design needs. I needed big fluffy clouds. The clouds come with cording which makes them ready to hang as is.

Can I insert a light pick in it or no?

Yes, you can. I inserted battery operated string lights to illuminate the cloud. Be advised, I was sent "clouds" significantly smaller than what was stated. The company did however, correct the issue accordingly.

Can they be cut into a smaller piece

Yes! You can break it apart if need be
