I bought this headset for our staff who spend a lot of time on the phone and need to be able to type while speaking. I tried it out on one employee who loved it and said it was comfortable and the sound quality was very good. I then purchased several more for other staff, each of whom are as equally happy with the headset. This headset does replace the handset and none of my staff found that as a detractor and have easily adapted to a headset only phone system.

Bought 3 of these three years ago. One stopped working after 2 years - most likely a wire broke where the cord was pinched behind a PC - so not mfg defect. Basic headset we use occasionally when office gets loud. No complaints from those we're calling on quality. So for basic occasional use, good choice.

Seems like it is pretty well made but it doesn't work with my Nortel office phone. They sent three adapters and even with trying those it still doesn't work.

Keeps the lazy girl from having to strain her hand to hold the phone and if you put it on just right it keeps the hair out of your eyes.

Comfortable and easy on and off for the walk away times in the office. When I do wear it out, I'll get another one.

Hi,Item works with Mitel 5330 phone.I have a slight humming noise, maybe from the noise cancellation.also the cable is just a bit short.other than that it is a great phone, I am glad I got it.

I keep buying more to put in the Raley's Pharmacies so my colleagues won't have neck injuries.

This looks like a great product, easy to use, comfortable, lightweight, shipped with extra connectors.I had to return because the connector did not match my phone. I needed a single prong, old fashioned plug.
