Vitamins that are tailored "for mem or woman" are usually gimmicks with just a label to attract buyers. Zinc is good for mens sexual health for example, so they slap for men on the label, but it's also good for women.

In my case, yes. I get enough zinc, magnesium and vitamin D3 from Triumph. I still supplement with additional magnesium and vitamin D during some months. Check the label - you can get it on Legion's website, or from Google - and see if it meets your needs.
