Cut 25 brass v carve inlays ~3 hours of continuous cutting. Still sharp.

this is nothing but the best i hope to see more bits inthe future.

Works great for finely detailed 3D CNC carving.

The sizes shown in the table list both radius and diameter. The description shows the radius, but the selection choices show diameter. These numbers don't match up with the numbers in the table.Besides that, the tip snapped off on the very first use in ash, using the exact same cutting parameters I've used several times with other similar bits.

As you can see from the photomicrographs, the edges at the tip of this bit are not sharp, which caused the channels to plug with aluminum. Cutting was not clean and the bit left burrs all along the path. I wouldn't recommend this bit for anything, but certainly it was not suitable for aluminum and I can't imagine it would be good for hard materials like cast iron or stainless steel. I used appropriate feeds and speeds that worked fine with other bits of similar size.

I recently purchased a bit for CNC carving, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! After using it to carve a POW sign, I can definitely give this product five stars out of five. The bit is long lasting and durable, perfect for precision cuts no matter what material is being carved. I haven't encountered any drawbacks to this product, so I can happily recommend it to others. Purchasing just one set of these bits has really made a difference in my work.

Bought for engraving wood using a router, although they are a bit long you if you fiddle with the router height to set it up it does a brilliant job of engraving tracings onto wood. Very well packed and in a neat storage container so it's easy to store and find again. Have since bought another larger size version.

This is a good quality end mill. Seems to be staying sharp and that makes it good value. Using it on oak so not easy material.

It’s the best tool I’ve bought for a long time. Use it on all routing jobs.
